Meet your planner

(and new bestie)

A woman with brown hair styled in loose waves, wearing a white lace dress with intricate patterns, standing outdoors in front of a blurred background of trees with green foliage.
A bride and groom walking outdoors on grass, the bride in a strapless wedding dress holding her dress with both hands, and the groom in a black tuxedo with a bow tie, smiling and looking at each other, with trees and a cloudy sky in the background.

Planning my own wedding for the first time was exciting but also overwhelming. There were so many details, rules, decisions, and dynamics to navigate. I often felt exhausted, confused, frustrated, and was left wishing for clearer, more caring guidance from the wedding industry.

No detail was “too small” and we got tired of things being overlooked.

We searched for a planner who offered that level of attention and support for under $20k, and kept coming up short. So, my husband and I ended up navigating it on our own. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me everything about timelines, logistics, design, and the emotional flow of a wedding. In the end, my day came together more beautifully than I imagined.

Alongside this personal experience, I have spent five years working in marketing and hospitality event planning, building strong skills in coordination, organization, and creating intentional experiences. With an MBA in Marketing, certifications in digital creation platforms, and access to an art studio, I also bring a creative, design focused eye to the process.

Now I combine my personal and professional experience to help couples feel supported, understood, and confident throughout their planning journey. From ensuring the margins are all the same on your wedding stationary, to checking that all place settings are the same and the groomsmen have their packing lists, I handle behind the scenes details, manage vendors and moving parts, and step in when things get complicated so you do not have to.

My goal is to keep your day running smoothly while you stay present and enjoy it. I work with couples of all backgrounds and personalities to create a seamless, intentional, and unforgettable wedding experience.

xoxo,

Emerson
